Lester Rosen is an attorney at law and founder of Employment Screening Resources (ESR) in 1997, a nationally recognized background screening firm located in Northern California. Les served as the President and CEO of the firm for over 24-years until it was acquired by ClearStar in 2021.

Ms. Holton is a career Human Resource Professional with over 30 years of experience. Nikki is a subject matter expert in background screening compliance for employees, contractors, and third parties working for Eli Lilly, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer.
